This project was to add a extension to a Grade 2 listed building bordering a National Park. The extension consisted of an Internal swimming pool, sauna, spa, and ancillary service rooms.
Our brief was to provide full Mechanical, and Electrical design plus act as energy consultants for the project by carrying out the SAP assessment.
Future works are also in the pipeline for this project in the way of installing heat pumps using geothermal thermal technology to heat the Hall and Pool separately.

Appointment by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus and working closely with Niven Architects. This turn of the century Edwardian convent building was drastically in need of a sympathetic facelift.
