Originally appointed by the client to provide a renewable design and scheme to their new home. However we firmly believe that DKS’s approach to passive design and alternative solutions (with our assistance) has allowed this remarkable building to fill the client’s aspirations.
Parsec Consulting Engineers provided close services support to the Leader House in Nunthorpe within budget and on time.
To gain a perspective on the scale of this 1100m2 mansion, the electrical intake capacity was 60KVA, and this was after a load shedding of nearly 20KVA of external lighting equipment.
In hindsight I don’t believe this building would have changed in any way shape or form including the M&E services. Can I have one of these please!
